This forum is a business, and the ads prove it. Ok, now our friendly admin has interests in getting as many people on the site as possible so that they can view said ads. Admin want to encourage as many people as possible to visit or post on the forum. When all is said and done, it's us, the members that keep this site running. Sure admin hold it together, but without us, the site is nothing. So, if the members wish it so that mods are named, then admin should acknowledge the fact and make it so.

Sometimes we have to accept things the way they are and move on.

Sometimes we do, but this isn't one of those times.

i dont think admin will worry too much about 5-6 people who have an opposite opinion to him/her. people who dont like it move on. look at slogger, bas etc. the site still goes on and i would imagine makes money, so i wouldnt put too much stall in the people power yet chairman gcol!

I'd be willing to support a strike and not post for a month.

Whether you like Joe-90 or not he starts a lot of threads and is always active in the advice forums.

If you think about it, there are only a handful of posters that keep the posts coming. If we strike, then everything will grind to a halt.

Where do you get 5 or 6 from? At the minute it's up to 22. Oh, and bas is still posting. Typical copper, trying to skew the truth.

It seems to me that the only people who want to know who the mods are, are the ones that are regularly moderated i.e their posts are near the knuckle and are deleted.

As someone who has rarely had any mod action, it doesn't bother me either way.
