the pyro's just some is still in use

Some of that stuff is almost a work of art... Does the 5th picture show a length of T+E nailed to the ceiling? (in the top right corner)

Well spotted.

Seen that done a lot, it is about 2 foot of scrap cable nailed to the ceiling at each end, used to support the cables to keep the weight off the false ceiling.

What is worrying me is that someone seems to have drunk half of that cuppa tea in between the two pics...... also Im not going into a chicago rock cafe again for a brew.

No, was there for something else, just happened to see it.
We report it back, but no one really cares and it usually gets left.
