Same old, same old this morning. I’ll be glad when the asparagus season is over. I’m getting a bit fed up with it now and it’s popping up quicker than I can eat it or give it to friends, neighbours and fellow plot holders. Just too good to let run to seed though.
Egg, bacon and mushroom sammich this morning. Last of my morning fry-ups while Mrs Mottie has been away. Back on the healthy shìt from tomorrow onwards.

Poached smoked haddock, toast, poached eggs and….more asparagus! Hopefully that will be the last of it although with last nights rain, I fear another crop coming. Asparagus. Plant it once and it will crop for 20 years or more getting more vigorous each year.

OMG this is making my weetabix slightly mundane. I feel like the poor relative.
Mushrooms and tomato on toast today.
