Trump is a hopeless fraud. If his creditors all called in their debts; he'd be worth less than me.
His only real success before he entered politics was playing a fantasy version of a successful businessman on reality TV. By then, he had managed to bankrupt almost all his businesses, after spaffing the $400 million he inherited. He was actually on the verge of personal bankruptcy before he got the gig on The Apprentice. This is all well documented.

Last time around the EU bank rolled rebuilding Gaza
The UK was part of the EU so we had to cough up fir some of the billions that bank rolled a terrorist organisation
They than syphoned of some ( a lot) of the billions into there over seas accounts , the capital of Gaza is in Geneva
Basically stole billions from there own population
The population , fruit cakes actually voted these terrorists in
Any of the money actually used to build up Gaza was a waste of time because the Israelis flattened a lot of the buildings that the EU built / funded
The Israelis will need to tread a careful path
As trump will take a dim view of having a casino his org funded / builds in Gaza being flattened in some air strike ???
Any way no need to import hard core for any building works
