Highwayman seems very unconcerned.

Test is not illegal for personal, puff is. Not say either is right or wrong. That is a fact though.
I'm in favour of rules based on evidence and logic, not on whim.

where is the logic in illegal drugs being legalised and made available to a wider audience, John would love to see us as a nation of drug users and turn pubs into drug dens.

I do not touch illegal drugs, I admit to trying a spliff many years ago at a party and trying magic mushrooms once. Neither agreed with me and I never touched any since or have any iinclanation to either. I certainly wouldn't lobby for them to become widely available and legalised.
