Iv just found out someone i know got the big size 11 because they need to take on more disabled, black, lesbian types. ha ha carn't do the job but just look good for annual reviews etc.

If he has that in writing he may be able to take it to a tribunal.

I expect the Government are saving costs on Tribunals as well.

Probably restricting them to disabled black lesbians only.
