In some countries they check if people are isolating and hefty fines if they don't. This move is better than what was done here previously and some countries have tried not to do it in various ways so I wonder why they didn't change sooner.
I wonder how many countries would be happy with their people coming here currently. Maybe I wonder too much.

The part about south korea is correct. When people arrive they have to install their tracking app and probably give them their credit card numbers. Not allowed to enter otherwise. That was while ago now. There has also been factual reports of some having to wear tracking bracelets so see that they do isolate for 2 weeks. I think that one was S Korea. May have been Taiwan. They check there too.
Tracking. People should read their mobile phone service contracts.
