looks like i will have to, hoping the bloke replies to my email if not call adt and see if they can sort it, as this person came knocking on my door to install alarm and wanted cash only and had all adt van etc fingers crossed.thanks for your support.

Either way they need someone in.
there is two options that spring to mind talk to your phone line supplier and get them to check your phone line see if there is a fault on the line if that is ok then i think you need to call ADT cause there maybe a issue with the panel
