The next election is three years away yet.
Any enquiry into the handling of the pandemic, and the ongoing deterioration of Brexit induced problems, will wipe out the Tories, and BJ with them.

No, this was one flat in a tower block.

It's not unusual for people to use a different address for registering for such things as Drs, schools, etc.
If a doctor is bilingual, they will naturally attract patients from outside their catchment area, and those patients will need an address within that catchment area. There are a multitude of reasons for explaining anomalies.
I remained registered with one doctor for many years after moving away from that catchment area because it was convenient.
If I found out that the GP receptionist was disclosing private information to a nobody I'd be massively peeved.
If a customer disclosed private information to me, I'd politely tell them to keep their confidential information to themselves, and I wouldn't gossip about it.

More than 10 years ago, a GP receptionist customer of mine told me of 30, yes, thirty people in her surgery in Canning Town were registered at one address in a block of flats.

She should have kept her trap shut, in line with the confidentiality policy the practice she worked for will (or indeed should) have had in place. If she's blabbing about things like this, equally possible she's blabbing about other stuff.

Drug addicts do that when they find a sympathetic doctor. They falsify their address to fall within the catchment area.
