Clearly, most people aren't stupid. In the UK
just easily manipulated by leaders who are driven by self interest.

It is easily for people like Matt Hancock to say how much he cares for the NHS whilst taking money from a lobby group that wants privatisation.
And the UK electorate are persuaded these people care about the NHS.
