Ok after the recent appllying for BG threads, is there anyone on here that has applied and then not got into the company?

What were the reasons for you not getting through?

I never got accepted because I had an assault on my police record.Work for myself now,no police checks there so they can stick there job!!

Sounds like you have not addressed your aggressive streak so maybe they were correct to turn you down.
