Ok after the recent appllying for BG threads, is there anyone on here that has applied and then not got into the company?

What were the reasons for you not getting through?

The vast majority dont get through depending on exactly waht you are applying for, I can remember interviews going on for 2 days for maybe 1 or 2 training vacancies on the patch.
