Congratulations Southend

Sadly, this is happening to many seaside towns, councils palm off their troublesome tenants to coastal towns which are usually cheaper to house people. St Leonards is the same, Blackpool is a headline grabber for all the wrong reasons now.
Never been to Blackpool but the media coverage Southend look like a Royal town. Completely underinvested and big Re form support

All unis are infested with leftyism.
******, how do you think many of the greatest advances in science came about?
Mostly because the student unions are run by young people, who haven't yet wised up.
More bolax. SU’s have nothing to do with the courses offered and few students join something that is no longer mandatory afaik.
A house-mate at my uni tried setting up the "White Able-Bodied Mens Society" as a protest against the other minority clubs that excluded by various characteristics.
White men have never been discriminated against for anything, we pretty much dominate the country and the world.

So are you saying that right wing nutjobs are essentially angry old gammons?
No. I'm saying that leftyism is just a phase that young people go through.

It's a lot like uncontrollably crapping yourself, most people get the hang of its consequences and work out that it's better to not do it.

But some continue crapping themselves all their lives.

Only where white crime or criminals are concerned, eh rac.

You'd hope/think that after crossing half the world to get to UK to ponce off the taxpayers they'd be grateful.

We're stuck with our own criminals, but it's stupidity beyond belief to import millions who we know nothing about except that they come from savage, backwards cultures. Usually mysogynistic and homophobic too.

One wonders what point the op is making...

Is he jealous of someone getting a university education?
Does he not care about the £100m loss to the economy of a run down area of the country?

Sadly the truth of the matter is the ongoing decline in the number of foreign students coming to the UK which accelerated after brexit!

Allied with high costs, the UK is no longer a preferred educational country option for many...

But some appear to welcome the 'dumbing down' of the UK and the closure of educational centres...

Maybe it makes them feel 'more at ease'? ;)

I assumed his post was sarcasm from start to finish.
