one of our guys got up this morning to find his filler cap broke off and a tank of diesel syphoned off. is this what its coming to?.

Looks like they had the right tools but they were just in the WRONG hands!

Whether its a sign of the times I'm not sure. The thieving little swines will nick anything. During the summer (I think it was Wednesday afternoon this year! ), I heard of a bloke having his whole front garden nicked! Flowers, Bushes, Pots, The lot! They even cut up and removed the lawn!
