E27 pendant bulb holders?

Anyone know where you can get these?

I've been given a philips hue set but the bulbs are E27 and all my ceiling pendants are B22.

Cheapest would probably be to change a couple of pendants to E27 but I can't find any.

The problem with those adapters is that they are not (cannot be) polarised so there will be a 50% chance of live appearing on the threads.

You can buy a pack of four E27 sockets at Amazon for £2. Just swop them, job done.
