If there's another referendum to decide if we like the negotiations, then democracy is dead

don't be silly.

you think that allowing citizens to vote is the death of democracy?

But they have voted....In or Out.... Can you remember how the vote went? A trade deal is a seperate issue and nothing to do with Brexit

typical EU tactic

keep having a referendum till u get the answer u want  they did it in Ireland and other countries afaik

Why do you think that Labour have got behind the Brexit vote; they know that they need to uphold the vote, even if they don't agree with it. You're a remoner, and will look for any excuse to overturn the vote, and in doing so, will miss the bigger picture. Politicians know that if they don't respect the will of the public, then it'll eventually turn against them. Odd how if the brxiteers had lost the vote, they'd have accepted it, but the remoaners can't do the same.

I'm too cynical to offer an explanation.

Presumably they would get behind the result of another vote.

what the earth is not flat
gullable ,elderly morons dribbling idiots . Sounds like China in the future ref 1 child policy :)

And another war is coming...

may even be mass suicides ???

If there's another referendum to decide if we like the negotiations, then democracy is dead, and that means that the politicans are finished,

A trade deal is a seperate issue and nothing to do with Brexit
The comments on this forum still amuse me.
They are so hilarious, one cannot take them seriously.

Well you've got a point there John, but as Farage was always the leading agitator, I don't think tat's he completely representative of the majority.

But there's a difference between a re-run of the initial referendum - which is what Farage was on about to get a more definite result - , and a "second" referendum to see if we like the results of the negotiation - which no one will like whatever the result.

The MPs had an oppurtunity to vote the brexit vote down ( in theory) ref this court case that was brought a good while back

how can the UK pontificate to the rest of the world about democracy , and then decide well lets ignore a fair vote on leaving the EU :)

There was a fair (afaik) democratic vote in Eygpt & they voted in the Muslim Brotherhood ,army then kicked em out

similar thing happened in Tunisia a good while back

(Only problem with voting in extremists (?) is then trying to vote em out in the next general election)

tbh they can have another brexit vote for all I care ,doubt if I will bother taking part ????????

yep a massive mistake in calling it in the 1st place & then assumed that every one who voted would vote on EU issues :)

a "second" referendum to see if we like the results of the negotiation - which no one will like whatever the result.

The first vote was "do you want to buy what's in this box? You won't find out what's in it, or what it will cost, until after you've agreed"

What sort of fool would agree to be bound by such a contract?
