Can any one advise if it is possible to buy BRUSHED CHROME SWITCH 4 GANG 2 WAY switches black, with writing on the Switches indentifying what the switch does. This would be for the Kitchen for Diswasher, Extractor fan, washing Machine, Fridge/freezer.

Possibly you mean 2 pole, not 2 way.
2 pole isolates live AND neutral.
Usually the arrangement you want needs to be made up with a 'grid' system. Most good makes will have what you want. The switches need to be rated at 20 amp.
