If you mean the legal/illegal gas debate, then I agree.
If you mean the CC, then it all depends on what you consider to be "a while". It's still a newbie forum to me.
If you're implying that the CC has been around long enough to understand its effect on the P&CH forum, then I agree. If you're implying that the effect is nil, or favourable, then I disagree wholeheartedly.
You might have made the mistake of thinking that I don't know what goes on in there.
