Elite Parking fine

I believe there's some connection between Aldi's directors and their parking contractors Parking Eye. I paid my "fine" just for a quiet life. I probably did overstay my time.

So you actually did use the shop, so had a legitimate reason for parking. The overstay whilst you were 'off-site could be deemed frustration of contract.
