The RWR never see their anger and overeaction as being sensitive but as standng up for something. Hypocrisy.

'With no statue toppled since Colston’s pavement dive, the statue-philes have been forced to make the most of slim pickings. Hence the hysterical reaction to an audit of statues and monuments conducted by Newcastle city council. '

Leeds Council did that too, sending out a questionnaire to many all addresses, asking for feedback and comments on any offensive statues in the LS area.

They can find offence anywhere. Its easy to manipulate angry people.

I haven't found evidence of anyone losing it over the Newcastle investigation. telegraph made a piece about it, but wasnt anything, other than that it's been relatively quiet.

it seems to me this is a story the guardian have puffed up themselves to suit their own narrative.. who'd have thought a newspaper would do this..

The telegraph published 4 pieces about it. All papers have their political angle but there is no comparison when it comes to pushing this culture war narrative by the Telegraph, Times, Sun etc.

What's rwr?
Right Wing Ret ard.

Its a condition that manifests amongst readers of The Wail, Telegraph and The Express. High prevalence amongst flag shagging gammons - confused in the belief that they are being 'patriotic'. It mainly afflicts the poorly educated and the gullible. RWR's have a propensity to lie and are open to being lied to (poorly educated, gullible).

Stop repeating yourself. It makes you come across as poorly educated.

It's my first post in this thread...? android asked the question, dummy.
Same question three times on a recent thread mottie. You are like a dog with a bone.(y)
Nothing wrong with asking a question again if the poster tries to swerve it. I was quoting you referring to the poor and uneducated twice in two sentences. Never mind, the educated will know what I’m talking about.

That’s two words. Old nosey has broken the forum rules by cheating the word censor.
