Bodd speaks like a serf. Hates the middle class (champage socialists) but doffs his cap to his elite masters who he will follow blindly into any dark hole as long as they wave the flag.

Its the same argument Leavers keep repeating.......sadly its wrong

Why dont you mention the German car industry :ROFLMAO:

Ps a no deal Brexit means £39b still has to be paid (less now because we keeping paying it off).

No it bloody well doesn't have to be paid ........not according to the chief justice of the land :ROFLMAO: wake up.

Oh yes, Dominic Raab said that too.

He was the guy that didnt know Dover was a major port :ROFLMAO:

Back in the real world, its a bit different

The financial deal is an integral part of the withdrawal settlement that also includes the agreement on transition, so reneging on the financial deal would mean leaving the EU with no transition arrangements in place. Future UK compliance will be overseen by the governance arrangements agreed as part of the withdrawal treaty.

If negotiations broke down later this year, and the UK refused to pay, the EU might seek redress through the International Court of Justice or the Permanent Court of Arbitration, both located in The Hague. The result of such a court case would be hard to predic

And what would happen if we decided not to recognise any decision of those courts? Would they declare war on us? :ROFLMAO:

Worse. Probably refuse to trade i.e. sanctions as would other nations who would treat the UK with suspicion, should we welsh out on a deal. Another reason to engage a non-Brexiteer government swiftly.

And what would happen if we decided not to recognise any decision of those courts? Would they declare war on us? :ROFLMAO:

Thats a fair point. There is the argument the UK would no longer recognise the European courts.

Look at no deal: you may consider that is the goal, if its reached you will be celebrating.

But, no deal is not the end point.
All it means is that the UK becomes a third country every single trade agreement disappears.

The UK does a lot of trade with Europe, without a deal goods will be subject to border checks, rules of origin checks etc.

So pretty soon, the elation of no deal will disappear and reality will sink in: the UK needs a deal with Europe.

So we would be back around the negotiating table with our old friends:

The financial settlement.
Citizens rights
Irish border.

Theres a new film coming out: No Deal Groundhog day :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Are you still looking forward to No Deal?
Do you think the UK can refuse to pay the £39b?

Rogue Nation status.

Post world war institutions and agreements were set up by the West such as GATT (as it was known then) Bretton Woods etc in a spirit of cooperation not competition as we had all seen the horrors of war.
