Yes, I went past yesterday and could see a bare roof with charred rafters.

There was a house like that near me, for years it was dilapidated. People said it should be torn down as too expensive to ever restore.
But somebody renovated it and now has one of the best houses in the village.

Auction is on 31st Jan'.It looks nice and dry on the 2 internal picturesI’ll take it!!
It was sold at auction in 2015 for £300k and reno' started.Assume the internal pictures are from around then.
The exterior and structure has deteriorated a lot since then so £279 k starting (finishing) bid is optimistic.
My mate got married there in 2008 but it was owned by a dodgy company who went into liquidation.
Very sad that these historical houses are going to ruin.
I remember that it was the evil landlord Hoogstraten.
