He was probably being restrained, and until we know why the police decided to restrain a black guy outside the government building
Why does it matter if he was black or not???

There is plenty of evidence that proves tougher sentencing is no deterrent to crime, but kneejerk reactions always trump facts.

Does this include police officers who approach a man outside a government building and shove a hand in his face, just because he's black?
It matters because there is a huge unknown at the moment about why he and the police came into contact with each other straight after a terrorist attack, outside a government building. It may have been racially motivated.
We;ll never know though, because all parties involved will be protected. Which means we can either speculate wildly, or just wait to see what comes of it.
Adopt a kid at 1 year old and you can bring him/her up how you want, hopefully to be a law abiding, educated valued member of society. Adopt a kid in their teens and the rot/bad habits could already be set in. Not the ex-Tory's minister's fault if that happened but Ellie would like it to be.Can't see why him being adopted matters. I can't believe e he only got 7 and half years. Should be life.

Ahh...Adopt a kid at 1 year old and you can bring him/her up how you want, hopefully to be a law abiding, educated valued member of society.
£10k a year private school for a Labour MP's son and this is how he turns out. Nurture didn’t work here, did it?

Have you tried to adopt a kid? Plenty of teenagers upward that nobody wants as they can be very hard work or often beyond help. New borns though - rare as rocking horse poo as everybody wants them.

Which means you speculated wildly,
But seriously, how could somebody bite a police officers thumb under any normal circumstances?
And how could flem come out of one's gob under normal circumstances...
It's a mystery as Miss Willcox once said.
