fire socket

i have a fire plugged into single socket at back of fire
and the switch at side of fire .
but i want to add a double socket from the single to outside wall
is this possible

Depends on the supply. And where you live. In Wales the garden is still a special location. But start point is to find the feed, is it RCD protected etc.
