Floor tiles 1st?

Do floor tiles go down before wall tiles go on?

Are there skirting tiles?

Is there any other type of skirting to tidy up the floor edges/btm of tiling, than standard wood/mdf?

The 'safe' way to do it is
1) tile the wall except for the bottom row
2) tile the floor
3) tile wall bottom row

Cut the bottom row about 1-2mm shy of the floor tile and put a bead of clear sealant in the gap when its dry.
