Flu Jab. Have you had yours yet?

Gasser : No Pfizer did not, in the link you gave, say what you said. One of their employees said the challenge at the time was to get a vaccine, they weren't at that time thinking about return on investment.

They were judged as "changing their tune" by the rag which made the claim.

They later said they would make a marginal profit without quantification.
Much about the same time they were saying it was nuts to suggest they wouldn't make a profit.
Their price of $19.50 compares with
"For comparison, flu vaccine prices vary from $0 to $50 or more per dose, according to GoodRx. Sanofi's Fluzone High Dose carries a list price of $48.50 per dose."

No justification for what you posted.
Your statement about deaths in vaccinated vs unvaccinated was wrong even from your own link.
You're repeatedly posting stuff which is majorly proved wrong, then you find something to move on to and get wrong, or quibble pathetically about.

Troll.

i have said all along profits generated not sales
And yet here you quote sales in order to justify your specious claim about profits:

pfizer have made more than twice the amount of profit from covid than there previous best selling drug

Evidence please

Pfizer expects to sell $15 billion worth of Covid-19 vaccines in 2021. That would make it the second-highest revenue-generating drug anytime, anywhere, according to industry reports.

The maker of the first Covid-19 vaccine to be approved for use in advanced markets has released its earning forecasts for 2021 today. Pfizer expects to earn between $59 billion and $61 billion—up from $42 billion it made in 2020. With the exclusion of the vaccine, the company expects its sales to grow 6% in 2021.
Sales of the vaccine are set to bring in about a fourth of Pfizer’s total revenue this year. That would be nearly as much as its three best-selling products combined—pneumococcal vaccine Prevnar ($6 billion a year), cancer drug Ibrance ($5 billion), and blood thinner Eliquis ($5 billion).

Be fair - he might genuinely just be completely out of his depth. His claims here might not be trolling, they might be because he doesnt understand the things he reads.

Suggesting an alternative explanation to an accusation of unacceptable behaviour is forbidden?

Wow.

Booked in for the end of the month. My employer does it free for all staff at this time of year.

I am a middle aged woman. Missed out on the flu jab as they were delayed to the GP this year and was offered appointment on the day I started to feel unwell so had to cancel the appy. Been 2 days now bedridden with awful flu; runny eyes, nose, the lot. Wish I had gone private instead of waiting for the freebie

I often get mine done at Boots if my GP appointment system isn't working.

they have online appointment booking, and I go to an out-of-town branch with good parking, very quiet.

As we are not in the US, you might like to look up what the NHS pays.

Price is probably somewhere on here.
https://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/pharmacies-gp-practices-and-appliance-contractors/drug-tariff

I bet you a pound it is nowhere near the US price.

As you know, the US health business is one of the worst in the world.

Costs more

delivers worse outcomes.

I believe that tarrif document is about how much people are paid to administer the vaccines.

But the flu vaccine costs the NHS around £6 -£10 depending on which type and how it's given.
