My lad's Saturday team played a match last season. There was a coming together (tangle of legs ) and the ref waved play on.

Their manager then shouted "If it's going to be like that, kick lumps out of them, lads".
To a team of eleven year olds.

Cameroon went on with that attitude, and they were at a World Cup......
