Why?
There are many plans that have worked that have had much wrong with them!

Depends if your plan is to use nuclear weapons to sink California below sea level to boost the value of your inshore land. Even if it works you're not a good person for planning it.Nothing wrong with a plan that works, is there?

Has it gone up in value?I've got a decent Hozelock. Its one of those that has an auto rewind like a tape measure.
It's all about provenance.Has it gone up in value?

Don’t let Johnny boy see that - he'll want names, addresses and contact numbers etc to check the validity of that statement. You do know you’re not allowed to say anything on here that goes against his agenda unless it can be verified by a dozen independent witnesses over the age of 100 along with their parents don’t you?Quite a lot of people I know bought parents houses by proxy as an investment
We'll it doesn't back up your claim without voting preferences. That Thatcher turned decent quality rented accommodation into a racket for those who had cash to cash in isn't really news.Don’t let Johnny boy see that - he'll want names, addresses and contact numbers etc to check the validity of that statement. that was the success of the the Thatcher years -if you lower taxes, give away cheap homes -people vote for you. Sadly its not sustainable, now we have a country that has flogged all its assets by privatising, squandered North sea gas, flogged of its council houses cheap and stopped LAs building new ones. Now we have a situation where property market if driven by investors and so we have small houses that are very expensive.No. I personally know many people that bought their houses from the council in Newham which as you know is a typical Labour stronghold. Some even converted to Toryism once they became property holders.
Didn’t need much.£5k for a House.100% self cert mortgage..Any one could buy them.those who had cash to cash in isn't really news
Not to mention..save the NHS a fortune in diabetes treatment, bariatric surgery and probably mental illness from people being unfit unhappy.instead of face masks.
Get your mate Gal and his ilk spanked for that Notchy.Would you prefer the South African model..Live in a township until the govt build you a house. Now we have a situation where property market if driven by investors
Well, I used to work with a woman who's dad was an active Labour Party die-hard and they hated Thatcher but when I reminded her that both she and her parents were able to become homeowners only because she and her parents bought their houses at a massive discount from the council under the right to buy scheme introduced by Maggie Thatcher, she would go strangely quiet.
