Haggis

As I am not shooting my own this year (they do not survive on the Hampshire mountains), I have bought a brace ready plucked.

Annoyingly, I can't find a genuine sheep one. Some contain pigs offal, and some beef. The ones I got have sheep lung but ox heart.

Anyone having better luck?
