I have considered the concept of what he wrote and not tried to imply or put my own slant onto it. I have no political sways one way or the other, probably the most neutral poster on this forum and see things for what they are rather than what I would like them to be.

It's all over the media, on various sources, you could find it if you could be bothered and weren't just looking for an excuse to deny reality. The training guide telling them to basically adjust the arrest rate to ensure that the outcomes are racially balanced.

In other words, as the tiny percentage of the population who do 50% of the stabbings all have one obvious physical characteristic then the police should stop arresting, searching or pursuing this one visually obvious group so that the crime statistics become more aligned to the idealist claptrap that some morons pretend to believe about everyone being equal.

At one time we had inequality, ethnic minorities were excluded and disadvantaged, it was terrible. Then we embraced equality, everyone was equal. But we found out that some minorities just weren't good enough for many jobs and kept committing a vastly disproportionate number of crimes. The answer it seems was DEI - where employers are required to hire less capable minorities even if it damages their business, and the police are required to overlook crimes so we can all pretend that all is well and everyone's equal.

DEI is racist in itself, and is also appears to be an admission that those promoting it actually think that minorities really are inferior so need a leg-up.

Northern Ireland’s crime rate fell last year by 3.3% from the previous 12 months and reached its lowest level since 1998, with especially steep falls in violence and injury. Racist hate crime and racist incidents, in contrast, reached their highest level since records began in 2004.

Go figure.

They were not representing the will of the people they claim to serve and have never sought or obtained a mandate for mass immigration, it's all happened against the majority's wishes.

More a pity that Britain became too reliant upon importing labour to fll in our lack of investment of our own people, then destroyed our own manufacturing and engineering skills in favour of importing products produced elsewhere. It wasn't progress, it was commercial suicide.
