Sorry but I think the wail has got that wrong. The general idea is to send rejects to a safe place. Currently anyway. There are various ideas on what that involves in laws and charters etc, Prti and Boris have unilaterally decided it's Rwanda. They say processed there. That could mean all sort sf things.
The new law hasn't even been enacted yet.
What really matters is the longer term outcome and result, how much is saved, versus spent on this.
