well its quite obvious your playing games. Your last post consisted of you telling us about your boiler, posing as a customer. Then you decided that you were a qualified engineer. Obviously your not both! So if your qualified, post a message in the CC and i'll apologise for my mistake
i thought diyers class theirselves as qualified engineers when they can get the cover off a boiler
its ok, they've always the chance of winning an award to recognise their achievements
