He was a ten year old kid when he did what he did. He had a difficult upbringing. Don't you think that in many ways he was a victim too?
 
WTF does that breaking news achieve, when the Evil S.O.B. has a cloak of anonimity :?: :evil: Even the lags inside won`t know who he is in the shower.. In fact many new inmates could be @ risk because they might look a bit like the S.O.B could do now he`s older.

Maybe. But he's a 27 year old man now and should know better than to break the terms of his parole.

10 used to be the age when it was held that a child knew right from wrong.
17 years ago a child of about 6 knew right from wrong!

I have 2 G/children, one was 4 in January and the other will be 4 next month. They both know right from wrong. They know it is wrong to hurt animals, as a consequence they also know it is wrong to hurt other people.
So don't go down the route of their age being that they didn't know.

Bullocks!
They both had reasonably decent upbringings for working class families.
There are a hell of a lot worse off kids who don't go round sexually assaulting and murdering babies!

Just from memory but wasn't one of these kids parents separated and the Dad often had his kid around his place which was a squalid, alcohol, porn video , violent movie infested hell hole?
 
The injunction ruling on their indenties was for the UK only, so I am supprised it not been published somewhere?
I am all for given people a second chance, but what these lads did was beyond humanity, so lets hope one of the screws lets the ID slip.
 
To say that there are many things that are shocking, confusing, horrifying, disgraceful, worrying, sickening, tragic etc about this event, seems to imply that there may be some things that are not. On all levels it brings out a range of emotions, none of which are neutral nor positive.

The fact that the poll is (at the time of writing this) 100% in favour of throwing away the key is a clear indication of this.

So, with respect to you all, I for one don't feel that I want to read this nor any related thread. I envy you your strength in your continuing analysis.
