I have a number of Halogen outside floodlights, these are die cast bodies … bought as good quality at the time.
They have suffered in salt air environment so need to change them, so will obviously move to LED now.
The existing lights had 20mm female thread so I connected up with 20mm nylon screw in glands connected to flexible pvc conduit, which then routes into house.
Many I see have a pre-wired cable that would not be so easy to use.
Q 1. Anybody know of quality LED fittings that have 20mm threaded entries.
Q 2. Any recommendations on makes of floods to consider.
