I had my flu jab two weeks ago in the pharmacists. £15. I’ve been having it for the last 7 or 8 years and it was £8 when I first started having it so it’s nearly doubled. Mrs Mottie works part time for the NHS and they come round and give it to you at your desk if you want it, she had hers today and is whining that her arm hurts! Never had flu and I might never have had it without the injections anyway but if it lessens my chances or makes it sufferable should I get it, it’s a piddling amount to pay.

if you're willing to look at information from NICE, the NHS, UNICEF and reputable news organisations.

Which you obviously aren't.
all ‘for profit’ organisations. every decision based on money. not interested.
but thanks for the effort.

See, this is one of those times it's easy to show you're wrong. NICE is not for profit. The NHS is not for profit. UNICEF is not for profit. Utterly wrong.

It's a tough one. On the one hand, we have medical professionals with decades of knowledge and experience, and on the other hand, conspiracy theorists. Who to trust on this? Damn it's hard.
you needn’t label people conspiracy theorists because they have the vision to question some of the things you take as ultimate truth. you and people like you put your trust in the powers that be , and that’s nice for you in your cosy armchair.
but when your sitting in front of the god like oncology medic who’s hands are tied by money, limited technology because of money, lack of available medications and treatments because of money and even a bed and surgeon able to save your life because of money maybe you’ll realise that the health service is just an overpriced, under achieving facility rife with complacency and ego’s wrongly fuelled by the public at large.
telling you your’e going to die basically because of a lack of money ,then jumping into his £60k range rover to get to his 750k 7 bed detached house.

All these organisations have only volunteers . nobody takes a wage.
naive , almost child like. take the nhs as an example , take a stroll around the car park and have a look at the mercs range rovers audis with employee badges on .
not for profit? extortion is more accurate.
and the higher up the pay grade you go the more sick it makes me feel.

That's not what not for profit means.:D

same thing in my mind. everyone in it for the money. and everyone thinking they’re worth more.
Yeah, but your mind is a bit 'unique'. That's not what is meant by not for profit. It's a technical term that relates to the owners of the organisation.
