Saw this today:

stupidwinterdriver.jpg

No rear vision, the side window on the driver's side had a small hole in the snow and the windscreen also a small hole in the snow in front of the steering wheel.

CRAZY!

My 10 year old has just said, "That's really dangerous!" If he can work it out, why can't these morons?

indeed... ive had to follow these morons down the outside lane of the M4 with big chunks of snow coming off the roof of there cars hitting my windscreen...

Saw a VERY similar thing a few nights back when it was DARK!

My 3 year old grand daughter asked me if he could see through snow!
I said no, he didn't have enough brains to see through anything!

What really annoys me about these people is that they will cause an accident and probably not even notice what they have done!

Sometimes I would REALLY like to be a copper in a unmarked car, believe me!

The copper in the unmarked car wouldn't have seen anything as the rear window was covered in snow

MW

As much as I make a point of clearing snow from all windows, lights etc I dont really see the issue, I don't see van drivers leaving the rear doors open so they can see behind them?

he's right though.. how many vans have solid rear doors.. are they a problem?

as long as it has 2 wing mirrors and you can see them ( obviously the little hole in the side window ice / snow wouldn't allow this ) then I can't see the back window being obscures as a problem..

The rear screen being covered is not a problem surely..........??
I think we just found the culprit!
 ...Not me blas...... !
Rear screens arn't a problem on their own........
But ok....when coupled with no side mirror or windscreen vision Its madness ....But.............they simply 'meerkat' out the drivers window !......Iv'e seen them do it !
Completely unlike the woman that came past me on the M25 Motorway ....wrists on the steering wheel ....polishing her shoes. !

What's even more dangerous is people who take photographs whilst behind the wheel.

Believe it or not, as I took this pic, the lights had just gone green. I was stationary & had the engine switched off when I took the pic.
