It would certainly become harder to bring a case. I don't know whether it becomes easier to ignore.

As asked above by noseall, which parts of the HRA would be amended. Do you have a link giving a bit more detail about how it would be done and what the effect would be.

If we left ECHR and also got rid of the Human Rights Act (which brings ECHR into domestic law) you would have to consider what specific laws remained. You would have things like PACE 1984 and equal rights legislation. And presumably several others. But there would be no overarching backstop to prevent human rights abuses. The protections from Magna Carta etc. are pretty thin in most situations.
