What risk is there ? As long as the 13 amp plug has be fitted with a fuse of 13 amps or less and the cable between it and the outlets can carry 13 amps safely there is no more risk than any other use of a 13 amp plug.
So lets say the multi socket extension leads are 4 way.
If the op has 100 'available' sockets and they daisy chain that means 3 sockets as 'available' and one as the daisy chain connect to the next extension lead.
The last lead has 4 sockets to use the rest 3, so that requires 33 leads (32 x 3 + 1 x 4). Each lead is 2m long.
So how would a fire inspector or H&S inspector react to going in to a single room and finding 33 leads connected to 1 x wall socket, and finding 66 m of leads.
I haven't even considered the 100 appliances / devices / wall warts that are load.
I haven't considered the SPF (single point failure)
I haven't considered the possible need for HIE (subject to devices)
It isn't right in a commercial premises or anywhere else to do what's being "boasted" about.

The set up is 5 test benches, each with 10 double sockets - through 1.5mm short runs to 13a plugs into a 5 way trailing socket to the wall mounted 13a twin protected by a 32a MCB & 30mA RCD.
No trip hazards.
All the equipment is low current, but there are are a lot & a power monitor shows pretty low idle draw.
