Yeah that's right both blue wires are connected to the neutral on the light and the brown is connected to live

EFLI is suggesting you might have to bend the contact upwards so it meets the bulb.
The blue wire with the bare copper showing may not be making proper contact.

Yeah all the other lights are fine and this one isn't popping the breaker
