Good period of increase ? That never restored the previous lack of funding in real terms.Interesting to see that after a good period of increase, a period of decrease began in 2010.

EDIT: there's a lot to dislike about the Labour years, Iraq, Student loans, PPI, Financial crisis etc. But one thing they did do is raise NHS spending
