Paul Nuttall's statement on UKIP election disaster

Without cheap immigrant care workers, attrition may speed up.

There are some jobs Brits simply won't do. That's why Farage has an immigrant wife.

But she's German born, and you love the EU John, so what have you got against her.

But that isn't quite true is it John. Brits will do any job provided it pays enough to offer a decent income.. The care industry has for many years relied on the supply of cheap imported labour, restrict the supply of cheap labour and the wages will rise as employers fight for staff.. An added benefit could well be that zero hours contracts could become less common.

When the gates opened to Polish workers the rates for carers fell..Would you do a pretty awful job for very little money? I think not.

Farage was UKIP, Nuttall isn't; with Farage gone, UKIP will die a death.
I'm not so sure that UKIP's time is done... It is to be expected that following a positive Brexit vote, UKIP would need time to transition from a Brexit "War" footing to determine it's purpose (If any) post brexit. Paul didn't really want to be leader but deided that for UKIP to reorganise, he would take the job on 'till another leader could be found, sadly Maggie May caught everyone with their trousers down... For all the council seats that UKIP have lost, it is still insignificant next to what Labour have lost.

I think that what UKIP have done is spectacular, with not one of it's own MPs it has managed to convert the Tory party into UKIP on steroids and seen Labour thrown into total chaos, the only sure thing is that a Socialist Labour is a thing of the past and the best that they could hope for would be another Tony Blair...

Not everyone gets paid the minimum wage, and in some parts of the country, you have to pay above it, but when there's more people prepared to work for whatever they can get, the unscrupulpus companies can offer as low as they can get away with.

Let's see the evidence for these two statements

"the rates for carers fell"

"When the gates opened to Polish workers"

Have you seen it?

I see UKIP-ers are still keen to use the Labour parties' inadequacies to deflect attention away from their beloved and failed party. Poor old RWR's.

Are you sure?

Tell me the UK minimum wage rates that you have in mind.

Under Britain's tory government, zero-hours contracts have burgeoned.

In other European countries they haven't.

What does the UK have that other countries don't? It certainly isn't "respect for workers' rights."

Do you have any evidence to support your statement?

Poor old davey brand pretends not to see my link.

Interesting to see he says that, for a decent income, he would be willing to be Farage's wife.

I did see the link and I read it (For once) however a link is not evidence, it is a link to a web page and proves nothing... If links did prove anything, then I could post a link to a website that "Proved" all kinds of disgusting things about you...I shall have my website man design one in the morning if you like..

You see, links to websites are not proof or evidence.....Not even Wiki!
