Me? I have pulled the excerpts from one of bikings links, i.e. the Home Office report on group based offending, commissioned by Priti Patel. I think she was disappointed that all surveys, reports, data etc all points towards a large majority of CSA/CSE group related crimes being committed by white British men.
The other link is from a news article. There are lots of publications which carry the same article. It describes a report by Mr Fewkes (director NPCC) that affirms the data obtained from the Police database that in 2023 83% of all group based offending was committed by white British men. It also mentions the first 3/4 of 2024 (85%).

he doesn’t even know what the relevant offences are.
He refers to a report that groups many unrelated crimes. Most of which are dealt with by caution or NFA.
