Does anyone object to a suggestion that there was a specific problem with asian, particularly Pakistani gangs in Rotheram. I don't see what's wrong with saying that, even if it was not widespread. There's a problem in a few churches too, but nobody's saying that's the majority or "ignoring the rest".
As the Rotheram case was concentrated by geography and offender ethnicity, I imagine a hrelatively igh proportion of offenders would get caught. So were they treated differently from other offenders?
