That plugtop clearly doesn't comply with BS1363

It looks like an ordinary plug.

Although the L&N pins look a bit bent.

I was saying 7671 should be available for free 12 months ago.
& if I ever get it as a PDF then I shall certainly be helping to let it go free
EDIT: Is it because the pins do not have covers over 1/2 of them?

Unsleeved pins.

The sort of plug where a certain sized UK coin can be carefully positioned to cause a 3 way short circuit and destroy wiring/fuses/MCBs and so on.
