Replacement Intergas RF Module?

Ok, I got a black box replacement Gateway from Intergas bit I can’t get it to work.
On the app it says to take a picture of the QR code but it doesn’t recognise the new gateway.
Any ideas? Thanks
I’ve deleted the App and reinstalled it but it doesn’t forget the old gateway.
