Shaving socket zone - notifiable (or not)

If the work is in a notifiable zone, then the notifiable process would be required,

Which zone must a shaving socket be in for it not to be notifiable?

It's only notifiable if -

it's a new circuit, or
you add to or alter a circuit within the zones of a special location (bathroom etc.),
i.e. within 600mm. of a vertical line from the edge of the bath/shower, etc.
The circuit should be RCD protected.

The shaver socket must be to BS61558-2-5.
