Lung cancer over 5 months or so.

They're not, but someone in my 'worst smell' thread said they saw scratches on a wall where someone had tried to escape a house fire. That's gotta be bad.
What about drowning in a submarine? Would you kiss the ceiling for that little bit of air or accept defeat and shuffle off your mortal coil some other way before that?
