So, the centre must be an average of people, not the middle - unless you do the same for the middle, when the centre and middle could be in the same place but might not be.

Of course, if everyone were on the left, then so would the centre be but maybe not the middle so, who knows? Certainly not JohnD.

Im not convinced Corbyn has moved anything in reality. He has come up with some popular policies that in theory are an antidote to austerity and increasing disparity between rich and poor. It seems me thats what gives him his popularity amongst the new young Labour members.I dont think they see or understand the underlying ideology, that is truly socialist.

I had an email recently quoting one of my online passwords.
I always use Safepay in Bitdefender which uses a virtual keyboard to enter sensitive info., but maybe Mrs Secure used the standard keyboard.
Anyhow, this email said that unless I transferred $1000 in bitcoin to them, they would send an email to everyone in my address book with pictures of me searching nefarious sites on the internet.
Not possible, as I don't search these sites or have a webcam, but a very nasty wake-up call.

Changed all passwords.

Interestingly, the bank said that in order to gain access to my funds, the fraudster would need all 3 character strings used to access my account and even then they would only be able to pay money to people I had already set up transfer arrangements with.

Sorry, but what you've done in your original post is choose to identify one aspect of the thieving scum's identity and associate that aspect with 'thieving scum'. It's not ok because you are, in effect, suggesting that Eastern Europeans are, generally, thieving scum.
How to make sense of why you didn't write 'thieving white/black scum' 'thieving male scum' thieving young/old/middle age scum?
If you imagine I'm from Eastern Europe, a decent human being getting on with my life and I read your post tile - I'm likely to feel that lots of people think I'm thieving scum because I'm from Eastern Europe.
imagine that you're English, living in Spain, and an English person does this to someone in a carpark, and you read your local diy forum with a post title 'Thieving English Scum' - I don't think that's going to feel fair or just to you.

I really don't want to have a go at you, particularly as what happened was a nasty heartless assault, dressed up in a sickening display of apparent concern, but ironically if we start labeling groups of people in negative ways we do actually make it easier for people to justify treating each other like ****.
