The latest polls suggest Labour is eating into Theresa May's lead.

An ORB poll for The Sunday Telegraph puts Mrs May's party six points clear (down from 12).

An Opinium poll for The Observer found the Tory advantage had fallen from 13 to 10 points over the past week.

A YouGov poll for The Sunday Times records the lead as seven points - unchanged since Friday

If Mrs May (and the Tories) does not get the majority she (and they) was hoping for, I cannot see TM lasting long as leader of the party.
We know how fickle the Tories are about their leader, although I cannot think of a single 'other' that would be remotely popular with the electorate.

I see Diane (Miss Mathematics) Abbott has changed her hairstyle, so that makes what she said 32 yrs ago alright then? PS She's still as ugly as f**k.

I wonder what would happen if, when there is a need for the public to cast a political vote, the political parties were banned from promoting themselves in any way at all.
How would that affect the way the public vote?

I see Amber Rudd also claimed she changed her hairstyle many times:

It looks the same style to me. :giggle:
Does that mean that she has the same perception of truth as Mrs May?

perhaps she (may) has mis-read or mis-calculated the mood in the country ?? like Cameron when he called for a Brexit referendum
