Its a horrible thing. My FIL has it, was diagnosed last year. Its just awful to see month by month as more things dont work as they should. Its mental and physical.

Of course, if I have just made up the word whatabouterist, meaning someone who is against whataboutery (like sexist); it might, though, have already been used meaning someone who is for whataboutery (like feminist) OR, as seems to be the fashion, words can mean anything anyone wants.

Having watched it, I have to say Tommy Robinson came across well, apart from his accent. He dealt with John Sweeney pretty well overall -the guy is clearly as slippery as an eel. Difficult overall to follow the context.

John Sweeney however came across very devious. In the pub, he was clearly acting drunk at the beginning to get the girl to feel she could drink as well. Also his racist and homophobic remarks were a ploy to try and extract something from the girl to incriminate Tommy. Or they were used so that later perhaps with clever editing the meaning could be changed.

This is a non-argument; there is no moral comparison. White, British child rapists are, as a percentage of the white British population, rare, and when caught, are sentenced to the harshest punishments currently known in our society; they are punished more severely than perpetrators of any other crime. Everybody knows their name and everybody talks about it; the shame is absolute. Pakistani muslim child rapists however, are, as a percentage of the Pakistani muslim British population, numerous, and when caught, they are protected by their own community and defended by our Government and our national broadcaster. Anybody who talks about it is denounced as racist; the crimes are covered up, the blame is apportioned to the victim and to the racism of the rest of the country as a whole.
